Our return policy is simple, if it is destroyed, or broken when you receive it. Return it to us for a full refund or a replacement item. All contents must be in the basket or gift just as they were sent out.
You must send in the refund request within 20 days of receipt of your item.
Late Spring and Summer Shipping Policy:April-August
Intense heat such as we have here in Arizona can effect the quality and look of your products in the baskets. To ensure that we don't have melted and destroyed items, shipping options are limited during the summer. We will not ship chocolate items or candles in the summer months but will substitute an item for these.
